Hi there!
Please allow me to introduce myself; my name is Saad Al Dosari. I am currently working as a senior engineer in one of the Saudi telecom field companies. I hold a B.Sc. degree in engineering; electronics and communication major from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, KSA. And, currently, I am pursuing a distance learning master of business administration degree (MBA), specialized in marketing, from the University of Leicester, UK.
So engineering and marketing, together, you may wonder! My reaction to this is that I think they both share this wild enthusiasm to discovery, to creation, to innovation, and to looking into matters in an unconventional way!
Why am I writing this blog?
I am writing this blog in English to reach a wider audience, to engage in discussions and exchanging ideas. Although I will be focusing on topics related to business and marketing in Saudi Arabia, the ideas I will be using are certainly universal.
Also, this blog may look like a professional one (talking about businesses, right!!), but I do not want you to look at it this way, because I am not! I would rather call it a personal blog with a professional taste.
I hope you will enjoy your presence on this blog and I am looking forward to hear from you …
sure we will enjoy it…
wish you all the BeSt
take care
Alsalam alykoum
Quite honestly, it’s lovely blog starting from the design and the very attractive entries in this blog.
It’s really good thing to blog about Business in Saudi Arabia in English. There is a lack of blogs and information in this filed.
Its Brilliant idea what you’ve said “personal blog with a professional taste” I’ll be following regularly what you’re writing and I wish you all the Best.

Nice to have you in here … and hope to see you more often on the pages of this blog.
Assalam alikum,
very nice blog,I liked the way you tackle your topics with so much simplicity, clarity, and transparency, which of course reflect it’s owner.
The distance learning couth my attention, as I have been looking for such a thing the last three years. I thought Ministry of Higher Education doesn’t *yet* approve distance learning. so how do you find the university? can you write about this experience.
thank you.
Wa Alykom Al Salam …
Thanks for passing by and hope to see you around the blog more often.
You are right, the Saudi MoHE does not yet approve distance learning. For me, I do not care about that much! I am at the University of Leicester for the knowledge, not the certificate. And just to let you know, the University is ranked 12 out of all UK universities for the past two years … shall we really go and discuss the the viability of MoHE approval now!!!
With distance learning, I have learned a lot from the University of Leicester, new knowledge, new thinking methods, engaging in scientific debates, scientific research skills, and new skills in my personality that I did not know exist!
🙂
Hello
I am the Chief Operations Officer for a US construction company who specializes in Construction projects and we also provide Project Management to assist General Contractors.
I have been asked to engage with Saudi OGER LTD for Saudi Contracts what do you know about Saudi OGER LTD? And it appears from your videos and your BLOG that construction projects don’t get done correctly and or managed to International ASTM standards?
Thanks,
Randy
Thanks Randy for stopping by … I responded to your inquiry through email …
